Unique identifier information is used to qualify for, and set up, a PTY and ProPay Account. We provide information to ProPay that is required to set up and complete your account. Refusal to fully complete the sign-up form by entering accurate information will result in PTY and ProPay not being able to provide services to you. Credit card and checking account information is required to use specific services of PTY and ProPay and is used only to process those transactions you have initiated. PTY does not store your social security number, credit card information, or bank account information. We do store your federal Tax ID or EIN.
